Supported the adoption of a new SDLC process within a large enterprise environment by helping align UX, Product, and Engineering practices. Through research, workshops, and design leadership, the initiative improved understanding, engagement, and adoption across stakeholder groups, now primed for AI-Native SDLC and Human-in-the-Loop model adoption, aligned with AI-accelerated design and development.

Led the UX design of a mobile and web solution that transformed a complex volunteer reporting process into a streamlined, user-friendly experience. The application improved timesheet submission, compliance tracking, and progress visibility for AmeriCorps participants and administrators.

Mach49 for Hitachi

Contributed to a confidential innovation initiative focused on Electric Vehicles (EV) and Intelligent Infrastructure.
